Connecting Clear Touch to Wi-Fi when not connected to wired network

Please use the following instructions to reconnect your Clear Touch display's PC to the eduroam wireless network if it is not connected to the wired network and it becomes disconnected.

Instructions

  1. You can see that the Clear Touch PC is disconnected from the wireless network when at the login screen you see a globe icon with a line through it at the bottom-right of the screen.

  2. Press a key on the wireless keyboard or swipe up from the bottom of the screen to get the login prompt.

  3. Click or tap on the globe icon to see a list of available wireless networks.

  4. Click or tap on the eduroam network and click Connect when prompted.

  5. You should not be prompted to authenticate, but if you are, you can authenticate using your NCSSM email address and password.

  6. When authenticated you should see "Connected, secured" below "eduroam".
