  1. Sign into the Blackbaud SIS at https://ncssm.myschoolapp.com/ using your NCSSM email address. Authentication should automatically take place via Google.

  2. You should be taken to the My Day page and your Faculty persona should be visible at the top-left.

  3. Click on the Directories menu and select NCSSM Durham Students or Students, NCSSM Morganton Students, or NCSSM Online Students.

  4. From here you can search for specific students or browse the full directory.

  5. Clicking on Show Additional Information will expand the block to show additional contact information like emails and phone numbers for the parents.

  6. Click on the three dots below the OPTIONS button to the side of a student in order to bring up a menu which allows you to view the student’s Contact Card, which includes Student ID numbers, cohort assignment, and more in-depth contact information depending on your role with NCSSM.
